I have a few lists in a sharepoint 2007 site. I want to be able to edit them from IE with the datasheet view, but keeping them as "standard" custom lists.

Now, all but one of my lists can be edited like so, there is just this one that won't open and will just show the following error message:

The list is displayed in Standard view. It cannot be displayed in Datasheet view for one or more of the following reasons: A datasheet component compatible with Windows SharePoint Services is not installed, your browser does not support ActiveX controls, or support for ActiveX controls is disabled.

Do you have any clue as to what is causing the issue?
