We are looking to use a SP Online site to provide documentation for a few of our products to partner users. Specifically:

    • We would like to provide all our documentation for our products in one area, so all partners access it the same.
    • We are interested in setting up workflows for each document, so when one is updated, all users are notified the document has been updated.
    • We would like to isolate each user in the SP site, so no one knows the other exists. There would potentially be some conflicts of interest as many of them compete with one another.

We know how to handle the workflows. Is isolating the users from one another possible?
