Sharepoint add group permission to folder

    I'm trying to add an O365 security group to a Sharepoint folder but not having success. I can add a user with these commands:

    $Folder = Get-PnPFolder -URL "/sites/mysharedsite/Shared Documents/publicshare/foldertoshare" Set-PnPListItemPermission -List "Documents" -Identity $Folder.ListItemAllFields -User "[email protected]" -AddRole 'Contribute'

    I can add the O365 security group from the Sharepoint online site. I can add PNP groups with the -Group parameter. I just can't figure out how add the O365 security group via powershell.

    Any help would be appreciated.
